Missionary Update Spring 2004 Newsletter
Dear family and friends,
Baby News
We found out that we are having a boy. We are excited. Thankfully, I have gotten over the morning sickness. Thank you for your prayers. Our little by is kicking a great deal and he is getting stronger evefyday. Jasson can feel him move. It is a very neat feeling. We can't wait to hold our little one in our arms which will happen around July 15th.
Deputation Plans
We graduate from Language Institute on May 21st and then we will move to an apartment in Parachute, CO. This will be our home base during deputation for the next nine months. We have gotten quite a start on our deputation plans. We are scheduled to speak at several churches before the baby is born, and there are several other churches that have expressed an interest in us coming to speak. If you have not contacted us and would like us to share about our ministry to you or your church, please let us know.
The Lord has taught us many things
over as we have gone through school. We have studied the Bible learned all the
church planting methodologies, learned how to learn an unknown language, we
are set, right? What is going to stop us now? The Lord has been teaching us
that even though we have all the right things, and have all the skills
necessary, without Him we can do nothing. Phil 4:13 says, "I can do all things
through
Christ who strengthens me." Without Christ the job of planting tribal churches
is impossible. We covet your prayers. The task is too hard, and too important.
Will you join us in prayer, that the Lord will guide us and give us wisdom
over these next couple of years?
We are so thankful for the wonderful blessing and encouragement we receive from you through prayer. We thank God for each of you. We pray that God is continuing to teach each of you new things and new ways to let Christ live through you.

- Kim has had a healthy pregnancy so far

- Pray for a continuing healthy pregnancy and easy delivery
- Wisdom in scheduling to speak in churches during deputation
- Pray that we will continue to grow in our walk with the Almighty
