News from the Field:     June 19 Update

    Current Ministry:

• Leader at CrossCurrent & CrossRoads

• Teaching middle school/ high school girls' Sunday school

    Prayer Requests:

• Please pray that God will use this time to further conform me to His image. That I might be a vessel useful, willing and servant-hearted.

• Pray that our time in South Africa and even along the way will be fruitful in sowing the word of God and that many would be prepared to hear and accept His word.

• Pray that our team would be unified and effective in serving.

• Pray for our overall health and safety in our travels and time there.

• Pray for the "language barrier" (while English speaking there will be a distinct accent that might be hard to understand) to not hinder the going forth of God's word and that those we are around would see Christ's love through our actions as well.

• Pray that I would submit this trip, and my life to the Lord.

• Please pray for opportunities at work to share Christ with my co-workers and clients. 

• Please pray for wisdom as I work with our teens through the church and for the ability to communicate God's Word clearly and accurately.

• Please pray for strength physically and ability to perform the work in Africa.

• Please pray for salvation for my co-workers, teens in our youth groups, and friends made through work.
