June 8, 2005 - Sleeping with Eyes Open

    Hello to all!

Well, we finally made it! I am so excited! I never thought I would have the opportunity to go on a trip like this. We arrived today at about 10:00 am and we are all very tired due to the eight-hour time change. On Tuesday the 7th, the group went around London to see anything and everything. We went to Buckingham Palace, The Wellington Arch, The Eye, Westminster Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, and Big Ben. It was a log of fun. We start work in Africa tomorrow. We'll be visiting orphaned children and help in building a home this week for a Pastor and his family. We are all very excited and looking forward to help out, but after 20 hours of flying, an 8-hour time change, and a tour of London during our ten-hour layover, we are all looking forward to a good nights sleep. We've got a lot of work ahead of us and I look forward to telling you all more about it later in the week. Keep us in your prayers, God bless.

 In Christ,  Traci Lyn

P.S. Nicole, I miss you so much!
