June 13, 2004 - Day of Rest
We started the day early with a brisk walk to the
church. Even though the sermon was in Spanish, we tried our best to
comprehend. At one point they asked us to stand up in Spanish - only about
half us us did, while the other half didn't understand.
After we got back, we quickly made some tasty sandwiches
and headed to the market. At the market we found closeout prices on all kinds
of things including Oakley sunglasses, and on top of that we often times could
haggle the vendors down to below half price.
Then we decided to slow things down a little bit and
went back to the beach. But this time we had boogie boards which were awesome.
And then we settled in for the night.
